The Level of Consciousness of Individuals and therefore the average Vibration of entire Segments of Populations (Cities, Countries, The World etc) can Increase as people become more Aware and keep Practicing Living in the Elevated States of Consciousness. He correlated the Level of Consciousness with the Rate of Unemployment, Poverty, Happiness Rate and Rate of Criminality.

In the Level of Consciousness of <50, the rate of Unemployment is 97%, the Rate of Poverty 65%, The Happiness Rate is 0% and the Rate of Criminality is 98%.

At a Level of consciousness if 300-400, The Level of Unemployment is 7%, the Rate of Poverty 1%, The Happiness Rate is 70%, the Rate of Criminality is 5%.

By contrast, at a Consciousness Level of 600+ the Rate of Unemployment is 0%, The Rate of Poverty is 0% (whoever said money can’t be spiritual?), the Happiness Rate is 100% and the Criminality Rate is 0%
