KINESIOLOGY= Muscle Testing

The SUBCONSCIOUS MIND controls the movement of the body. That’s why you don’t stop driving the car because you have a conscious thought about the groceries. The CONSCIOUS MIND can have an aware, on purpose thought and the SUBCONSCIOUS MIND can drive the car by running the driving program it learned.

As such, the body becomes the communication device of the SUBCONSCIOUS MIND… which means MUSCLE TESTING is an excellent tool to use to uncover Limiting Beliefs that cause Self Sabotaging Patterns. Woohoo! (there are a lot of mistakes I made when I was looking to learn muscle testing by watching online videos prior to having been taught in person, the right way at the PSYCH-K® Facilitator Training). Done properly, Muscle Testing is an accurate tool because the SUBCONSCIOUS MIND controls the Autonomic nervous system that is responsible for our Automatic Physical and Neurological Functions Through Electrical Signals.

It’s theorized that the strength of the signal from the brain to the muscle is in direct proportion with the strength of the energy put out by the thought. Thoughts have vibrational values just like everything has vibrational value. A stressful, low vibration thought, weakens the body. A positive high vibration thought strengthens the body. Also, when there is a discrepancy between the CONSCIOUS MIND and the SUBCONSCIOUS MIND, the strength of the signal becomes weak and it is felt in the muscle response. When the CONSCIOUS MIND and the SUBCONSCIOUS MIND are in agreement, the brain signal and the muscle response are strong.
