How to be Unfuckwithable! Yes, you want to be ;)

Woooooh, she used a bad word… Nope, nope she didn’t. She used a VERY POWERFUL word.
I can’t say I came up with it so credit where it’s due: Vishen Lakhiani brought it up in Chapter 9 of his book, The Code of the Extraordinary Mind (one of the most Significant reads I Recommend). His definition is as follows:
“Unfuckwithable: When you’re truly at peace and in touch with yourself. Nothing anyone says or does bothers you and no negativity can touch you.”

When and What Broke You? What if there was a Way to be COMPLETE Again?

Shame, blame, guilt, embarassement, feeling unworthy/ less than/ not good enough break us up into pieces and create the vicious cycles of reinforcing those same feelings. Whaterver piece of us we feel is not good enough, we separate ourselves from in shame. We dissociate from those pieces in an attempt to be our best selves, to be loved, to be successful but the truth is those pieces of ourselves we wish weren’t there are just as lovable and successful as the rest of us. We may even hate them or find them annoying in others. Judging others is always a reflection of judging ourselves.

I don’t want to deal with my Bad Side… Why ignoring it is keeping you from Progressing

f you are here, chances are that you are looking to be your best. In our pursuit to be “good”, it’s very tempting to deny, ignore, dissociate , hate, judge, be embarrassed by our… “Bad Side”. By focusing only on the positive, we limit our potential for progress. Denying it is not the way to make it go away. In fact, without it, we would not have the opportunity to grow. Hating it only leads to hating ourselves.

What makes the difference between people who achieve their goals and live the life they want to live and those who keep struggling in the same self defeating patterns despite working hard? Finding the answer has been my quest! It’s not intellect, it’s MINDSET. We all draw conclusions about life that get stored in our Subconscious Mind that runs over 95% of our life. We can make a decision to change our life at the Conscious level (which runs the remainder of less than 5% of our life) but if the Subconscious programming is in opposition with our conscious goals, it will limit our ability to succeed. I facilitate PSYCH-K® sessions that support aligning your Subconscious Beliefs with your Conscious Goals so achieving them comes naturally. Simple. Precise. Rapid. If you are finally ready to get unstuck, enroll in a PSYCH-K® session or a package for significant results.

Do You Question if YOU ARE “GOOD ENOUGH”? Here is the answer

First of all, that is a doubt you picked up from others. When you were a baby learning to walk, the thought did not cross your mind. You just knew you wanted to go get the toy and you got up and tried to figure it out. Over and over and over. You trusted yourself without a doubt that you’d do everything to get it done, so much so that you did not even think failure existed to even be an option. Well, that potential to accomplish you getting what you want is still in you. The difference is now you have programs in your SUBCONSCIOUS MIND that you bought into that make you doubt your abilities, maybe even your right to accomplish your goals. So it’s not your ability to achieve anything you desire that’s changed, it’s your KNOWING you CAN (
